Zu(rich)

The next destination on my list was Zurich, also a city that made my 20 favourite cities in the world.

From the fashionable and elegant people to the narrow streets were you could find luxurious shops/ rastaurants well hidden in this labirinth, the amazing old (and especially new) architecture, and the natural enviorenment (an awesome lake -with water so cleanly blue and filled with swans and boats- sorounded by mountains), all this made me feel like i was living in a fairytale (at least a modern one)

The downsides of this city is that is one of the most expensive in the world (a McDonalds menu costs like 18 euros) and also that at 18 pm all the shops/restaurants/stores close, living you a very small options of luxurios ones where you can spend the evening. So, like i said, the nightlife it's almost nonexistent, except for the center of the city where the people on the streets are mostly turists. There were times when i could see a person on the streets for 30 min at 10 o'clock in the evening, but the bright side is that you can not get bored just walking the streets and parks (even at night).

So i left wondering if i love this city enough to live there a year, or just to go there for an extended visit to get to know the place better.

After all, with all that crappy nightlife and that expensive McDonalds ....
